I have the 120 Hour TESOL Certificate and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and English Literature. I have one year's experience in giving English tuition to a six year old Chinese boy focusing on pronunciation, spelling, reading, writing, grammar and comprehension. I was working as a Human Resource Practitioner for the past 20 years and now wish to teach ESL online. I believe in establishing a good working relationship with my students and strive hard to understand how they think and learn English.
